The Poster was designed using some photography, image manipulation and some 3D elements. The concept of the hand and the graphical elements around it is to implicate two things, these are <font style="font-style: italic;">digital</font> and <font style="font-style: italic;">desire</font>. First the hand shot in a position where my hand is held out and almost asking or wanting somthing, this is where the desire concept is brought in. Secondly and finaly the digital side, is simply the elements created and edited on and around the hand using both Photoshop and 3D Max.Imagine VFXhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07821135249311518450noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4458360513255472993.post-47186537158483082672007-02-20T02:14:00.000-08:002007-02-20T02:34:22.310-08:00My Latest Addition... and more to come!<a style="font-family: arial;" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjIydV8wim2V8_7LDqRzXmLIp_0D9e91bFKGFrzEgQEdXzaqM6uxYmx9A_G1LKIoT2EiPzlXAlXJn_f7Rj_rUstWu6XVIirX4G-P9f556hdnGfQVnu05xk0xo8BGFQxiOWzYTLJ3dz8Og-l/s1600-h/digital_desire_final.jpg"><img style="margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjIydV8wim2V8_7LDqRzXmLIp_0D9e91bFKGFrzEgQEdXzaqM6uxYmx9A_G1LKIoT2EiPzlXAlXJn_f7Rj_rUstWu6XVIirX4G-P9f556hdnGfQVnu05xk0xo8BGFQxiOWzYTLJ3dz8Og-l/s320/digital_desire_final.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5033562166887984722" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><span style="font-family:arial;"><br />here is the final outcome of my new digital desire piece, I simply scanned my sketch in and traced around via the pen tool in Adobe Illustrator, furthermore to that are some minor tweeks in photoshop for the overall look to this.</span><br /><br /><span style="font-family:arial;">Currently I am picking up new skills in Adobe After Effects, and in the future I hope to animate this piece of work, so please keep watchin this space and keep desiring all things DIGITAL!!!!</span>Imagine VFXhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07821135249311518450noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4458360513255472993.post-32675557449503485142007-01-25T15:13:00.000-08:002007-01-29T16:36:16.990-08:00digital_desire_07<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg6TF25O6KUh7Rd6SyLhB-6gWx_SzDcd4IBY4lZ-RyEVKdBYKmsIK0DeMp00oDOfSWdVqeBNuqITK3XMNAI5BqXk5GWxsTC809GzAIi0bp2qijag33_g7rxMnH-gUf49a2vBck6ET8YN3x8/s1600-h/2007_0125digital_desire0016_small.jpg"><img style="margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg6TF25O6KUh7Rd6SyLhB-6gWx_SzDcd4IBY4lZ-RyEVKdBYKmsIK0DeMp00oDOfSWdVqeBNuqITK3XMNAI5BqXk5GWxsTC809GzAIi0bp2qijag33_g7rxMnH-gUf49a2vBck6ET8YN3x8/s320/2007_0125digital_desire0016_small.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5024120218827514306" border="0" /></a><br /><span style="font-family:arial;"><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />Hello All, Happy new year, Now I know I havent posted anything for a while, reason being, I have been experiencing some technical problems with my log in details. Vizije meaning visions, and judging by Toni's work, I would most deffinetly say this artist has shown many visions, versions and different styles in his 3D work.<br /><br />The majority of Toni's work is fantasy based. Im not sure what influences and inspires such an artist, but he does feed alot of his personal feelings into his work, maybe his feelings could be his inspiration. Who knows?<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Bounded By Destiny</span><br /><br /></span><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.interstation3d.com/maya/gallery/bounded.htm"><img style="margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi7DK9D1pXkP0d3gMGDBVAKiIc2gmduZbc65VWIqOjjolDAwUEK76T1D0FIIH0hRnvk9FFoU4gAS2EzGmuFI4Ib1_dxhBI1GUBou7svTHFyjl6Zozti4NB5j5qyNdA5oqb53N-aGDbpzzOB/s320/bounded_by_destiny.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5005819342579595522" border="0" /></a><br /><span style="font-family:arial;"><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /></span><span style="font-style: italic;font-family:arial;" >A piece of work which really caught my eye</span><br /><span style="font-family:arial;">For links to more of Toni's work, please visit his personal website <a href="http://www.interstation3d.com/">http://www.interstation3d.com/</a><br /><br />During surfing Toni's site, I also came across some great links, and I recommend those who are interested in this field of design, to view theses links<br /></span>Imagine VFXhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07821135249311518450noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4458360513255472993.post-33606721227914284402006-12-01T13:19:00.000-08:002006-12-01T13:36:39.393-08:00A New Look!<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://photos1.blogger.com/x/blogger2/8033/544233461090755/1600/298625/digital_desire.jpg"><img style="margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; float: left; cursor: pointer;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/x/blogger2/8033/544233461090755/320/793326/digital_desire.jpg" alt="" border="0" /></a><br /><span style="font-family:arial;"><span style="font-size:100%;"><span style="font-family:arial;"><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><span style="color: rgb(51, 204, 0);">The 1st of December 2006</span></span><br /></span></span><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:arial;"><span style="font-size:100%;">Today I have been working mainly in Photoshop, I created a simple sparkle for a brush preset, the idea was initially for a design regarding a website for a night club, however my mind creativley led me to creating something for my corporate identity look... <span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:85%;" >DIGITAL DESIRE</span></span></span><br /></div><span style="font-family:arial;"><span style="font-size:100%;"><span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:85%;" ><br /><br /></span></span></span>Imagine VFXhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07821135249311518450noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4458360513255472993.post-45441722539256789902006-11-27T02:32:00.000-08:002006-12-10T16:49:24.396-08:00New Technologies<strong></strong><br /><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:arial;">Hardware and Software Development</span></strong><br /></div><a href="http://photos1.blogger.com/x/blogger2/8033/544233461090755/1600/533275/new_technologies_01.jpg"><img style="margin: 0px 10px 10px 0px; float: left;" alt="" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/x/blogger2/8033/544233461090755/320/973975/new_technologies_01.jpg" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /><br /><strong></strong></div><p style="text-align: justify;"> </p><p style="text-align: justify;"> </p><br /><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:arial;"><br /></span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:arial;"><br /></span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:arial;">Surround sound was just the beginning. Flexible, superthin light-emitting-polymer displays have evolved to the point where your dream home theater is now a room within a television. The slim, pliable flat panel - a seamless wall covering that extends around you - pulls in whatever you want to watch via wireless satellite feed. Now that's a wrap.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:arial;"><a href="http://www.wired.com/wired/archive/11.04/fetishwish.html">http://www.wired.com/wired/archive/11.04/fetishwish.html</a><br /></span></p><p face="arial" style="font-family: arial; text-align: justify;">I have reaserch on forthcoming technology designs and ideas. A website I came across (link shown above)</p><p style="text-align: justify;font-family:arial;"><span style="font-family:arial;">Now, it is stated in the link above, that the roll-up polymer screen is simply a product for a wishlist for the oncoming decade to pass. However, I personally feel there is a long wait for technology such as this to be commercialised and have no doubt it will be. On the other hand, looking at the future of hardware in regards to screen technology I do think that we will see much more portable polymer screens for the use of people on the go, such as those who like to work on a larger scale rather than limited to 17inch laptops or their PDA's .</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;font-family:arial;"><span style="font-family:arial;">I beleive a technology such as this has a real potential and judging from this I can comfortally predict a polymer screen where information displayed on the screen will be fed via a </span><span style="font-family:arial;">globally unlicensed short-range radio frequency from also another portable desktop pc/ notebook most likely in the size of a 60GB iPod video<br /></span></p>Imagine VFXhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07821135249311518450noreply@blogger.com0
